Situated in the converted Victorian Stable Block, the Stapleford Park Lifestyle Wellness Retreat contains seven treatment rooms, a relaxing lounge area, fitness studio and fully equipped Technogym. Just a five minute stroll through the picturesque gardens is the Main House where the pool complex, with a heated 22m pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi can be found hidden under the terrace.

Lie back and relax, losing yourself in the unique, indulgent atmosphere of tranquil music and a summer sky. We currently offer a range of Clarins treatments & products considered to be amongst the best in the world.

We also offer Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki and Reflexology for both men and women. Relax in sub-tropical temperatures around the 22 metre swimming pool which has been hand-laid by craftsmen and is complemented by our tropical aquarium.

Stapleford Park Country House Hotel and Sporting Estate has all the facilities you need to unwind, pamper and revitalise.

But you will have to come to Stapleford Park to see it all for yourself!

How do I make an appointment for a treatment?

Please call our Spa Reception on 01572 787057 between 9am and 6pm and our staff will be delighted to help you choose the right treatment for your needs.

When should I arrive for my treatment?

We suggest that clients arrive at least 30 minutes early, to get changed and relax, before their appointment time.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, therefore lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

As treatments are especially reserved for you, cancellation fees will apply if notification is not received within 7 days of the appointment at a rate of 50%, within 24 hours of the appointment a 100% fee will be charged.

All Spa Days must be pre paid by clients. All Corporate bookings are pre paid and are subject to similar cancellation charges.

What do I wear during my treatment?

You may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs, or hygienic disposable briefs can be provided for women. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use a draping technique to respect your privacy.
