    As I was driving through Oakham today I saw a police car and scientific unit van parked outside Calico Bar, which was swathed in police tape and a car embedded in the shop frontage of Oakham Wines.     Police have released the image of a women they would like to talk to following the report of a theft from the Co-operative store in Burley Road, Oakham. The theft happened at about 5.15pm on Saturday October 20, when a woman is believed to have picked up a 32" LCD television and left the store without paying.
